Kota Bandung – Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jawa Barat, Sutikno, memastikan pihaknya terus mengawal penanganan kasus dugaan penyekapan dan penganiayaan terhadap YTR yang menjerat tersangka Taufik Hidayat.
Menurutnya, jaksa telah berkoordinasi intensif dengan penyidik Direktorat PPA-PPO Polda Jabar, termasuk memantau hasil rekonstruksi yang telah dilakukan.
Sutikno mengatakan berkas perkara tahap pertama masih dilengkapi penyidik dan belum dilimpahkan ke Kejati Jabar. Namun, ia meyakini proses pelimpahan tidak akan berlangsung lama.
“Percayalah kepada kami. Kasus ini menjadi perhatian nasional karena tindakan pelaku sangat sadis, meski pada rekonstruksi kemarin seolah si korban masih cinta ya alias bucin,” kata Sutikno di Bandung, Sabtu (11/7/2026).
Sementara itu, Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Kombes Pol Hendra Rochmawan menyebut Taufik dijerat tiga pasal berlapis, yakni Pasal 451 KUHP tentang penyanderaan, Pasal 469 ayat (1) KUHP tentang penganiayaan berat yang direncanakan, serta Pasal 6 UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (TPKS).
Menurut Hendra, penambahan unsur perencanaan dan penerapan UU TPKS didasarkan pada keterangan saksi, ahli, korban, serta hasil visum.
Ia juga mengungkapkan bahwa tersangka merupakan residivis kasus serupa, sehingga diharapkan menjadi faktor yang memberatkan dalam persidangan.
Polda Jabar berharap seluruh pasal yang disusun dapat dipertahankan hingga proses penuntutan agar terdakwa dijatuhi hukuman maksimal.
