Kota Bandung – Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat melaporkan posisi saldo Rekening Kas Umum Daerah (RKUD) hingga Senin (20/7/2026) pukul 17.00 WIB mencapai Rp. 76.794.282.393.
Berdasarkan laporan tersebut, realisasi penerimaan daerah tercatat sebesar Rp. 32.297.311.042, sementara pengeluaran mencapai Rp. 33.174.520.392.
Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) menjadi penyumbang terbesar penerimaan daerah dengan nilai Rp. 20,19 Miliar, disusul Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) sebesar Rp. 10,76 Miliar. Sumber penerimaan lainnya berasal dari Pajak Air Permukaan, Pajak Alat Berat, Opsen Pajak Mineral Bukan Logam dan Batuan, retribusi daerah, serta lain-lain Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang sah.
Sementara itu, belanja daerah didominasi oleh Belanja Pegawai sebesar Rp. 25,73 Miliar, diikuti Belanja Barang dan Jasa Rp. 6,40 Miliar, Belanja Modal Rp. 794,97 juta, dan belanja tidak terduga Rp. 240 juta.
Pemprov Jawa Barat menyampaikan apresiasi kepada masyarakat yang telah memenuhi kewajiban membayar pajak daerah, khususnya PKB, karena menjadi salah satu sumber utama pendanaan pembangunan di berbagai sektor.
Publikasi posisi saldo RKUD dilakukan secara berkala sebagai bentuk transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah kepada masyarakat.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
